Getty ImagesThe AFC West leading 9-2 Denver Broncos head to D.C. to take on the 3-8 Washington Commanders as 5.5-point favorites Sunday night. Bo Nix and company haven’t always looked great this season, but they continue to get them over the hump and that hump isn’t so steep when you have the defense Denver does.
The Broncos don’t really have a star player on offense right now, as they spread the ball around and no single player has broken out in a big way this season. But, we have seen second year receiver Troy Franklin inch ahead of Courtland Sutton as the top target this year. He is still slightly behind Sutton in PPR fantasy points, but ahead of him in standard leagues due to touchdown production.
Below, we’ll go over Troy Franklin’s outlook in fantasy football for Week 13.
Fantasy Football analysis: Broncos, WR, Troy FranklinGetting starting fantasy production from both Sutton and Franklin in the same game doesn’t happen all that often, but they both see enough targets to have good enough upside each week. This week they get a strong matchup with the poor Commanders pass defense that has allowed the third-most fantasy points and second-most yards to wide receivers.
