She released the project’s first track, ‘Not In Your Mouth None Of Your Business’, in October, while detailing a run of North American shows.

The follow-up single ‘Fuck Your Face’ is a sub-three-minute, pulsating tune of pleasure seeking. “I’m a horny little fucker and I’ll put you in a squeeze,” Peaches chants. “I’m a horny little fucker and I’ll bring you to your knees.”

Later, the artist demands, “give it to me what you got, shoot your shot” over a harsh, electro-industrial instrumental. “Fuck your face/Take the bait,” Peaches adds. Tune in here:

Peaches has also confirmed today (Tuesday December 2) that she’ll be taking ‘No Lube So Rude’ out on the road in the UK and Ireland next spring.

‘No Lube So Rude’ marks Peaches’ signing to and first release on the iconic independent label Kill Rock Stars (Grrrl Gang, Kate Nash, Elliott Smith), and was recorded in Berlin with producer The Squirt Deluxe.

The 11-track record, which follows 2015’s ‘Rub’, is described as “a brash, unapologetic blend of electronic, dance, punk, industrial, and pop music”. Its songs “exist at the intersection of the personal and the political, where the body serves not only as a sexual and spiritual vessel, but also as the front line in a battle for basic human rights”.

Peaches’ lyrics on the LP are said to be “bawdy and explicit”, while “laced with biting sarcasm and clever wordplay, but they’re also surprisingly vulnerable, offering up a candid look in the mirror from a post-menopausal queer icon reckoning with a society that’s come to expect silence, if not outright erasure”.

The tracklist for Peaches’ ‘No Lube So Rude’ is:

  1. ‘Hanging Titties’
  2. ‘Fuck Your Face’
  3. ‘No Lube So Rude’
  4. ‘Whatcha Gonna Do About It’
  5. ‘Panna Cotta Delight’
  6. ‘Fuck How You Wanna Fuck’
  7. ‘Not In Your Mouth None of Your Business’
  8. ‘Take It’
  9. ‘Grip’
  10. ‘You’re Alright’
  11. ‘Be Love’

Earlier this year, Peaches condemned the actions of Israel during a speech at Wide Awake Festival. “I am a progressive Jew,” she said. “There is no mistake about it: it is a genocide. Free Palestine.”
