Matt LaFleur and the Green Bay Packers went into Week 12 NFL action badly needing a win over the NFC North rival Minnesota Vikings. That is exactly what the team was able to get.

When all was said and done, the Packers finished off a win over the Vikings by a final score of 23-6.

Offensively, there were quite a few things left on the table that fans were not thrilled with. Defensively, the team played at an elite level once again. With the win, Green Bay improved to 7-3-1 on the season.

Despite coming through with a win, fans were not impressed with LaFleur's conservative coaching in the second half.

Matt LaFleur, Green Bay Packers...

Late in the game, the Packers had multiple chances to put the game away with a touchdown. However, LaFleur played it safe and kept the ball on the ground. That resulted in two field goals.

Fans took to social media and made it clear that they weren't happy with LaFleur, even though Green Bay picked up a big win.

"Why is Matt LaFleur ashamed of ever going up three scores? Get this guy out of here," one comment read.

Another fan wrote, "It's so weird. His RB1 is out and he refuses to turn the game over to his top tier QB."

"Matt Lafleur plays so scared. Love is protecting the ball better than anyone and he just won't let him loose," a third fan commented.

A fourth said, "There is simply not a more terrified play-caller in all of the NFL than Matt LaFleur."

"Find someone that loves you the way Matt Lafleur loves letting bad football teams hang around in games," a fifth comment stated.

All season long, the Packers have struggled with putting teams away. That inability has come back to bite them on multiple occasions.

So far this season, Green Bay has lost games to both the Cleveland Browns and Carolina Panthers. The Packers also tied with the Dallas Cowboys and lost to the Philadelphia Eagles by scoring just seven points compared to the Eagles' 10.

If there is one thing that has clearly been a problem for Green Bay, it has been the offense. LaFleur's play-calling has been a big part of the problem, at least if you ask Packers fans.

Next up for Green Bay will be a Week 13 matchup on Thanksgiving Day against the Lions in Detroit.
