President Donald Trump had been scheduled to outline the plan on Monday, but the rollout has been pushed back with no explanation provided, the network reported.
Newsweek has reached out to the White House via email on Monday afternoon for comment.
The Trump administration has said it is working to prevent substantial premium hikes triggered by the looming expiration of major Affordable Care Act (ACA) subsidies.
According to the Congressional Budget Office, letting the subsidies lapse would cause next year’s premiums to more than double for many enrollees and leave an estimated 2 million additional people uninsured.
