WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair recently shared some strong statements regarding several individuals he's been in the ring with during his legendary career. That includes one superstar who recently had a massive return to "Monday Night Raw," and Flair believes needs more television appearances.

During the ongoing John Cena "Last Time is Now" tournament, several former WWE stars returned as surprise entrants. On SmackDown, viewers saw Matt Cardona return as his WWE character, Zack Ryder, which drew some controversy because he wasn't allowed to appear under his real name.

In addition, a huge pop arrived on last week's "Monday Night Raw" when Nic Nemeth made his entrance to compete against Solo Sikoa. Nemeth returned as his WWE character, Dolph Ziggler, who won multiple championships during his time in WWE.

While he doesn't have a contract with WWE, he's been involved with TNA and participates in various wrestling podcasts to review WWE matches, news, and more, so Nemeth, aka Ziggler, isn't disconnected from the company. Additionally, TNA and WWE have been having crossover matches with NXT.

According to Ric Flair, Nemeth is "underappreciated" for his talent as a professional wrestler. During a recent interview on Casino Beats, Flair heaped praise on the former WWE champion.

"Yeah, he looked great, didn't he! He's too much," he said when asked about Nemeth's WWE match, adding, "Dolph Ziggler is really underappreciated. If I were booking him, I'd have him on TV every single week. He's really good."

That's high praise from Flair, who is one of professional wrestling's all-time legends. Most likely, there are other wrestling veterans, superstars, and Hall of Famers who share his take on Nemeth. Many fans probably share the sentiments about him.

Unfortunately for Nemeth, he lost his match to Sikoa, ending his chance of continuing in the tournament to face Cena in his final match. That said, he's shared the ring with Cena during his stellar WWE career. In addition, he's captured the Intercontinental Championship six times and the World Heavyweight Championship twice, among other titles.

Since leaving WWE, Nemeth has worked with TNA, where he has captured the TNA World Championship and the TNA World Tag Team Championship with his brother Ryan. His WWE Raw return seemed like a one-off, but it could always open the door for future appearances, should they decide to have more TNA-WWE crossovers as they've done with NXT or Cena's tournament.
