This year's Black Friday sale is already underway despite the big day not being until later in the week, and Disney Plus just got in on the action with its own major discount.
You can currently get a bundle with Disney Plus and Hulu (with ads) for just $4.99 per month for a year, which is a whole lot better than the usual $12.99p/m cost. Indeed, this Black Friday offer is a saving of $96 compared to the usual month-to-month cost. Want to avoid ads, on the other hand? A similar discount applies to the ad-free version of that bundle, which you can check out below.

Disney Plus & Hulu (ads) | $12.99 $4.99 per month for 12 monthsSave $96 - This is a pretty fantastic offer no matter how you slice it. Rather than costing you $12.99 per month (which would total an eyewatering $155.88 for an entire year), you're paying 61% less on the whole... and that lower price is locked in for a whole year. In fact, you're only paying $59.88 for 12 months under this offer. That's almost $100 less than the usual price! Just remember, the offer ends on December 1.Buy it if:✅ You want best value✅ You're all in on Disney Plus✅ You're OK with adsDon't buy it if:❌ You can't deal with ads❌ You aren't invested enough for a year's subPrice check:💲 Normal price | $12.99p/mDisney Plus & Hulu (no ads) | $19.99 $14.99 per month for a year
View DealWhile ads can be a nuisance, there's no arguing with the value of that discount. Thanks to 61% off the sticker price, you'll be hard-pressed to find anything better. Actually, I'm not sure there is a better offer. I've been tracking both the streaming service and Black Friday Disney Plus deals for years now, and in my experience, you never seen anything close to this in terms of value apart from on Disney Plus Day in September (which doesn't seem to take place each year). With that in mind, I'd highly recommend diving in before the offer expires on December 1, 2025.
In terms of whether you should grab the with ads version or the one without, it depends on how much you think adverts will bother you. Although Hulu and Disney Plus without ads are on offer too, the price difference is pretty large. Indeed, you're paying $14.99 per month for 12 months rather than almost $20p/m, so the saving only works out at around 25% less than normal. Which is still very good considering how that's a total of $60 saved across a year, but it's not so steep a bargain as the ad-powered alternative. If you can cope with ads, I'd definitely opt for that version because it puts so much money back in your pocket.
As for whether Disney Plus/Hulu are worthwhile, I'd say it's a resounding "yes" from me. I reviewed the streaming service back at launch and have watched it go from strength to strength since then, with a ton of new shows and exclusive content to draw fans of all stripes in. It used to struggle with enough variety to keep every member of the household happy, but things are very different now due to a steady stream of exclusive Disney Plus shows like Wonder Man and Daredevil: Born Again. When you add the drama and comedy offered by Hulu, this bundle is a well-rounded subscription that should have something for everyone.
