"Be the loudest, most ravenous, craziest, energetic environment that we've had in Michigan Stadium ever. That's what we want it to be. The loudest place it's ever been. I don't know what the decibels have been or what they could be, but we need them to reach peak on Saturday," Moore said to reporters on Monday.
Those fans will need to be prepared for some inclement - and extremely football - weather.

With just a handful of days left before the biggest game of the year for both programs, Michigan and Ohio State must be ready for below-freezing temperatures and snow accumulation on Saturday, Nov. 29.
As of Tuesday, Nov. 25, the forecast calls for up to two inches of snowfall with real feel temperatures dipping into the teens.

The Weather Channel issued an advisory for much of the middle of the country from Kansas City to Detroit on Saturday.
"Snow and possibly some sleet and freezing rain, may move through parts of the Mississippi Valley and Great Lakes. This could lead to both slippery roads and flight delays, including at Chicago-O'Hare, Detroit and Kansas City," the Weather Channel said.
Michigan and Ohio State are scheduled for a 12 p.m. ET kickoff from the Big House in Ann Arbor on Saturday, Nov. 29.
