By James BrizuelaShareNewsweek is a Trust Project memberThe Seattle Seahawks are currently in a huge battle for the NFC West alongside the Los Angeles Rams and the San Francisco 49ers. All three teams are within a loss of one another, but the Rams hold the top spot at 9-2.

Seattle is right behind with an 8-3 record, and the 49ers are right behind that at 8-4. With all three divisional rivals continuing to in, the Seahawks are working to bolster their defense by bringing in a familiar face, who is also a three-time Pro Bowler.
The Seahawks have a top 10 defense in the NFL, but they are currently giving up 210.2 yards per game in the passing category. While that is not the worst, improvements can always be made.
Considering the need for more secondary help, it has been reported that the Seahawks are currently looking to bring back Pro Bowl cornerback Quandre Diggs.

Per ESPN's Brady Henderson, the Seahawks are looking to bring back Diggs, though nothing has been confirmed. The veteran corner would join the practice squad before being elevated or promoted to the active roster.

Diggs was granted his release from the Tennessee Titans on Nov. 7, and it appears he will reunite with the team where he played between the 2019 and 2023 seasons. He was also named to all three Pro Bowls as a member of the Seahawks.
Through 10 and a half seasons in the NFL, Diggs has secured 652 tackles, one sack, 57 passes defended, and 24 interceptions.
Seattle could use some secondary help, and what better way to do so than by bringing in a proven veteran such as Diggs.
The Seahawks take on the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday. Should the team fully announce they have signed Diggs, he may not be ready to play in Week 13, but he would be in a prime position to potentially start in Week 14 when the team takes on the Atlanta Falcons.
