Save 47% (US$60)Apple AirPods 4: was US$129 now US$69 at AmazonRead moreRead less▼It's a new record-low price for Apple's cheapest AirPods! In my AirPods 4 review, I lamented that they were just too expensive compared to the competition – but that's not the case with this deal. You're getting well-balanced sound, auto-switching between Apple devices, excellent head-tracked spatial audio with Dolby Atmos support, and tons of other smart features. Also: AirPods 4 with Active Noise Cancelling: was $179 now $99 at Amazon

Save 42% (US$100)Apple AirPods Pro 2: was US$239 now US$139 at WalmartRead moreRead less▼This is the lowest price we've ever seen for the AirPods Pro 2, and it's an astounding value for earbuds this good. They sound superb, they have high-tier noise cancellation (though not as good as the Bose above), they have an unlose-able case, and they have the newer Live Translation and hearing aid features that also feature on AirPods Pro 3. An amazing deal for Apple users.

Save US$50Nothing Ear (a): was US$109 now US$59 at AmazonRead moreRead less▼This might be the earbuds bargain of Black Friday. It's the lowest we've ever seen for these earbuds, and it's a good $20 cheaper than the previous lowest price. They are outrageously good for this price – in our Nothing Ear (a) review, we felt they were way better than their original price, and now they're 50% off! Great sound quality, strong active noise cancellation, a comfortable fit, good smart features… what a deal.

In our 4.5-star Bose QuietComfort Earbuds review, we said they were already "arguably best-in-class value" at full price, so for this price they're especially great. We praised their comfort and sound quality as well as the amazing ANC.

We rate these as the best cheap noise-cancelling headphones, and this is the lowest price they've ever been. They sound better than you'd think, the block noise as well as headphones four times the price, they have excellent battery life, and they're comfortable. We gave them 4.5 stars in our 1More SonoFlow HQ51 review, and I recently compared them to nearly 20 other headphones when refreshing our best noise-cancelling headphones guide, and they really are phenomenal.

Super comfy and ideal for calls, there’s no need to take them off during the working day either. These briefly fell to $169 a few days ago, but otherwise this is the best price we've seen for them, and they're still a fantastic value. Here's our Bose QuietComfort Headphones review.

Save 50% (US$30)JBL Tune 520BT: was US$59.95 now US$29.95 at AmazonRead moreRead less▼Okay, I'm including these because it's the best headphones deal under $30, and if that's what you want, then go for it – but the thing is, they were $19.95 a few days ago, so I'm really hoping the'll drop back to that again. Getting a pair of headphones from a reliable name like JBL for this low a price makes these a strong bargain anyway. These have an on-ear fit, offer nearly 60 hours of battery life, fold up for travel, and connect to the JBL app so you can customize the sound if you want.

The Sonos Ace have a nice Black Friday discount, bringing them down to $279. Their noise cancellation punches above that price, and the sound quality is very good for the price too – but as we said in our original Sonos Ace review, the real trick here is how good they are with movies.
The Dolby Atmos sound is just fantastic, and the spatial audio with head-tracking really feels like you're sitting among a set of home theater speakers. It works over Bluetooth, or with Sonos' soundbars, which is a trick few other headphones can manage.
Sonos Ace: was $399 now $279 at Amazon
2025-11-27T10:46:38.729ZThe best-value noise cancelling headphones, no question
Here's an interesting one – the Bose QuietComfort Headphones are technically a bargain right now at $199. Except that a few days ago, they briefly dropped to $169. Maybe they'll do so again, or maybe not. The thing is, if you want noise-cancelling headphones, you should probably just ignore the $169 price and get them anyway.
We just recently re-tested all the best noise-cancelling headphones, and rated the Bose QuietComfort Headphones as the best option under $250, because they offer class-leading noise cancellation that's basically as good as the models that cost nearly twice as much. We did direct comparisons against all the biggest competitors, in real-world environments, and these punch so far above their weight.
They're better at blocking sound than the Sony WH-1000XM5 right now, and are notably cheaper. Maybe it's worth waiting to see if you can save an extra $30, but if you're feeling impatient, you'll still find these to be an amazingly good value.
Bose QuietComfort Headphones: was $349, now $199 at Amazon
2025-11-27T10:43:16.495ZSuper-cheap Sony alert!
Let's stick with cheap Sonys for a moment – here's a pair of Sony cans for under $40. That's not a mistake: this deal takes a cool 46% off the list price. These were already impressively cheap headphones, and as we said in our WH-CH520 review they are "simply superb value". They sound good, they run for 50 hours between charges and they're comfortable too. What's not to like?
Sony WH-CH520: was $69 now $38 at Amazon
2025-11-27T10:40:37.292ZSony's best earbuds, in our humble opinion
Sony's newest affordable wireless earbuds for less than $80 in Amazon's early Black Friday sale? Yup: the Sony WF-C710N are a real bargain.
For this money, you're getting Sony quality for the kind of money you'd expect to pay for a much lesser brand. In our Sony WF-C710N review, we heaped praise on these buds for their bolstered battery life, fantastic sound quality and upgraded ANC. At this price point, my recommending them is a no-brainer.
We think these are the best Sony earbuds to buy right now, when it comes to balancing price and performance. The Sony WF-1000XM5 might be higher-end, but they're not as impressive as they should be for three times the price of these excellent buds.
Sony WF-C710N: was $129 now $78 at Amazon
2025-11-27T10:39:03.432ZGood noise-cancelling headphones under $50
Here's one for bargain hunters: the JLab JBuds Lux ANC might have sound that's a little bass-heavy – but could be ideal for those who like that kind of presentation – but for under $50 the audio is much better than it has any right to be.
Also, the build feels far more premium than even the MSRP suggest,s and the battery life – at up to 70 hours, or 44 with ANC deployed – is unheard of for the level. Read our full JLab JBuds Lux ANC review for more, but know this: JLab is a trusted name in affordable head-fi and these over-ear headphones won't disappoint for a good budget option.
JLab JBuds Lux ANC: was $74.99 now $46.54 at Amazon
2025-11-27T10:35:53.659ZSony's previous flagship hit their lowest price – but is it low enough?
These headphones have been superseded by the excellent Sony WH-1000XM6, but if you've been eyeing up the Sony WH-1000XM5 but didn't like their fairly high price tag then today is a good day to buy. These premium headphones have just dropped below $250, which is as low as they've ever been – check out our review of the Sony WH-1000XM5 to get all the details on them.
They're very good, but the question is whether this is going to be a low enough price to tempt people. Newer headphones from Bose, Nothing and Cambridge Audio are in this price zone, and there are cheaper headphones that very tempting too.
The XM5 are still excellent headphones, though – if you've been considering them, this is as cheap as they've ever been!
Sony WH-1000XM5: was $399 now $248 at Amazon
2025-11-27T10:32:51.137ZAirPods Pro 2 hit lowest-ever price
$139 is a true steal for earbuds this good! It doesn't matter that AirPods Pro 3 have come out since then – they cost $80 more than this even with their down discount! Yes, they have better noise cancellation and longer battery life, but their other improvements aren't so huge, and this model still sounds excellent, has really good active noise cancellation, and are packed with smart features.
For this price, there's no better earbuds option for Apple users, and I bet most people would be happier keeping $80 in their wallet and buying these than getting the newer model.
AirPods Pro 2: was $239 now $139 at Walmart
