Changes in commuter behaviours and lifestyle choices have transformed the property market in one Norfolk town.
King’s Lynn, notable for its scenic charm and historic landmarks, has attracted growing interest from homeowners, landlords, and property investors, and is now positioning itself as a desirable location for city dwellers looking to move elsewhere.
The rise of remote working has played a pivotal role in this trend, allowing individuals to reside outside traditional urban centres without compromising access to key economic hubs.
King’s Lynn benefits from being within a two-hour train journey to London, supplemented by links to Cambridge, Norwich, and Peterborough, supporting occasional commuting while offering a less congested environment.
Bolstering its appeal, King’s Lynn was previously named on Furniture Box’s list of the ‘most stylish’ places to live in the UK.
