The Ole Miss head coach reportedly has offers from both Florida and LSU that will make him one of the highest-paid coaches in college football and give him $25 million in NIL funding to build his roster. The Rebels are reportedly willing to make similar commitments, meaning Kiffin's choice won't be about the money.
As he continues to be a headline factory, though, Ole Miss must focus on the task at hand: defeating Mississippi State in the Egg Bowl to secure a spot in the College Football Playoff.

As Ole Miss attempts to do that, though, the team received some troubling news. In a conversation with SEC Network on Friday morning, Kiffin revealed two Mississippi State fans broke into the team's locker room and stole the jersey of star quarterback Trinidad Chambliss.
"Lane Kiffin in a SEC Network interview says Mississippi State fans broke into their locker room at 3 a.m. and stole quarterback Trinidad Chambliss’ jersey. They know this because they set up cameras in the dressing room," reporter Michael Casagrande revealed.

Fellow insider Ross Dellenger of Yahoo Sports revealed, "the team has video of two fans entering their locker room at around 3 am - one himself videoing the break-in - and walking out with Trinidad Chambliss’ game jersey (OM has extras). Authorities have surveillance of the vehicle as well."
