Black Friday is here, meaning it's possibly the best day of the year to buy a new smartphone – and if you're looking for an upgrade during the sales season, I've got your back with my roundup of the best phone deals around. That includes the new iPhone 17 series, to powerful Android picks from Google and Samsung.
In terms of deals from carriers, we've seen T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon up the ante on their previous deals for the big day itself, and smaller carriers like Mint Mobile and Visible are also offering some great deals on devices and new lines. For unlocked phones, Samsung leads the way with discounts that are so huge they're legitimately hard to explain, while Apple offers trade-in and gift card deals.

As always, you will need cellular lines and an unlimited data plan to be eligible for all the freebies though!
