December closes out the year with magic and momentum — a mix of reflection and rebirth.
Sagittarius fire inspires bold moves and new horizons, while Capricorn season grounds us in purpose and practical magic.

Tarot cards for Aries for December: The Emperor, Seven of Wands, Ace of Swords
Meaning: The theme of competition emerges strongly from these three cards, and you are already a highly competitive person, being ruled by Mars (the god of war, no less) and all.
The Emperor is your sign’s talisman tarot card and highlights your thirst for control, power, and leadership. You are a natural boss and take on authority easily, it suits you. The Seven of Wands signals others are perhaps jealous or coveting your position and maybe trying to prove themselves vs your high standards, it’s a compliment really.
You can choose to join the race, though it might be a battle you don’t need to fight. Can you bring them ‘on side’ instead? The Ace of Swords reveals that a forthright conversation and exchange of views, ideas, and inputs might create a new bond and alliance that helps you all to win.

Meaning: You are the most self protecting sign of the zodiac and, strangely, Christmas time often raises those defence barriers a little higher, as folk often come out of the woodwork, right? Right.
And you are ready, which is good, because the Three and Seven of Swords predict a bit of a kerfuffle at some point this month, someone trying their luck, using the fuzziness of the festive season to try and slip back in without really addressing their past behaviour.

The Two of Wands is asking you to focus, get prepared, make a schedule. December always looks long from a distance but is lived through super quickly (until that weird bit in between Christmas and New Year). Know what you need and want to get done.
