This is the shocking moment a killer who violently stabbed his mother’s friend to death and sexually abused her body confessed to his crimes.

Ernestas Juska, 21, was jailed for life after murdering Nina Denisova, 39, while she slept in a spare bedroom at his mother’s house in Dartford, Kent, in August last year.

He then walked to a bus stop and told a member of the public to call the police as he had killed someone.

Juska was detained by police before directing officers to the crime scene at his home in nearby Henderson Drive.

Bodycam footage released by Kent Police showed the moment he confessed to the murder.

As the police officer left his patrol car, he approached Juska, who was sitting on the pavement with his legs crossed, and asked: ‘You alright? What’s going on lad?’

The footage then showed Juska with his hands behind his back as he was placed in handcuffs.

Locking them, the officer said: ‘What do you mean you killed someone? Who have you killed mate?’

Juska replied, and the officer seems to repeat what the convicted killer said, which was: ‘A friend of your mum’s.’

The officer asked: ‘Where are they?’ Juska muttered quietly and the officer confirmed: ‘In the house.’

Later, in custody, the officer said: ‘Alright, so since we’ve come away from the scene, obviously the ambulance were working on the scene and the victim.

‘Unfortunately she’s passed away, so she’s been pronounced dead. You’re further under arrest for murder.’

Juska appeared calm and nodded his head.

The victim, Ms Denisova, was found deceased on a bed having suffered multiple stab wounds when police entered the property.

After Juska was taken into custody he told officers the victim was a family friend and had been staying overnight.

He said he killed her as he wanted ‘to lash out’ and that it was important she wasn’t someone close to him.

Juska explained that in the evening prior to the attack he had been drinking and consumed cocaine.

At around 6.40am on the morning of the murder, he chose a knife from the kitchen, and after climbing the stairs, entered a bedroom and attacked the victim as she slept.

Juska also admitted he later went on to sexually abuse her and was charged with murder and committing a sexual offence against a deceased female.

He was sentenced to life imprisonment at Maidstone Crown Court on Friday, November 28, after pleading guilty.

The killer will have to serve a minimum of almost 25 years before he can be considered for parole.

The court heard on Friday that medical experts found how violent pornography had an ‘extreme impact’ on him.

Mr Justice Dexter Dias KC said it ‘cannot be a coincidence’ that after consuming pornographic content which included dead bodies, rape and bestiality that Juska wanted to ‘try’ having sex with a dead body.

‘I have no doubt that the last moments of Nina Denisova’s life were lived in extreme, unexpected and undeserved horror,’ said Mr Justice Dias in sentencing.

The court heard that Juska spent the evening socialising with his mother and some friends at their home.

After his mother criticised him for being unemployed and Ms Denisova had gone to bed, he took cocaine and drank alcohol.

Ernestas Juska, a murderer from Dartford, has been jailed for life after stabbing a woman to death while she slept before sexually abusing her body. The murder involved ‘acts of almost unimaginable depravity’, said Mr Justice Dias (Picture: Kent Police)

‘He decided he wanted to kill someone, he thought through his options, he did not want to kill his mother or sister and he knew Ms Denisova was in the house and asleep,’ said Mr Justice Dias.

The prosecution said that between 5.30am and 6am the killer took ‘the biggest knife he could find’ from the kitchen.

Juska went to the room where Ms Denisova was sleeping and violently stabbed her to death.

Danny Moore KC, prosecuting, said: ‘He stabbed her in the neck, she did not die and she began to struggle.

‘He put his hands over her mouth, he then stabbed her through both eyes.’

Juska then stabbed her in the belly and chest.

Detective Sergeant Max Gregory of Kent Police said: ‘Juska was responsible for an act of shocking and senseless brutality, seemingly without reason or any hint of remorse.

‘He targeted a helpless victim as she slept and inflicted multiple injuries during a sustained and savage attack.

‘The fact that he went on to commit further appalling acts after her death shows a level of depravity which defies belief.

‘Juskas’s actions have devastated a family and taken away a much-loved daughter and sister.

‘We are only relieved that he has now been jailed for life and can no longer pose a threat to anyone.’

Mr Justice Dias said: ‘I agree with the assessment of the Kent Police.
