This is the full tier list for Where Winds Meet weapons:

  • S-Tier: Nameless Sword, Nameless Spear, Panacea Fan
  • A-Tier: Stormbreaker Spear, Strategic Sword, Heavenquaker Spear, Infernal Twinblades
  • B-Tier: Thundercry Blade, Soulshade Umbrella
  • C-Tier: Ninefold Umbrella, Mortal Rope Dart, Inkwell Fan

  • Nameless Sword
  • Nameless Spear
  • Panacea Fan

These Where Winds Meet S tier weapons are the best of the best, capable of carrying you through the toughest content. Surprisingly, two of the first options you get in Where Winds Meet are also two of the strongest. The Nameless Sword has incredibly good mobility and super high burst damage, making it perfect for just about every scenario. It's exceptionally strong in both PVE and PVP with great crowd control and single target damage. The same goes for the Nameless Spear, which has excellent burst damage and much higher range than other weapons. It easily has the best charged attack in the entire game, locking you in place while you unleash a barrage of spear slashes. This is easily one of the best weapons for boss battles and other endgame content. The Panacea Fan earns a spot in S-Tier simply because it's the best healing weapon in Where Winds Meet. Its damage output may not be that high, but it's a lifesaver in co-op content because it can revive fallen allies. You'll have to pair it with another weapon so you can actually contribute to your team's damage output, but its cleanses and heals will make your squad unkillable.

Where Winds Meet A-Tier Weapons

  • Stormbreaker Spear
  • Strategic Sword
  • Heavenquaker Spear
  • Infernal Twinblades

Where Winds Meet A tier weapons are still incredibly strong, but they fall short in a few areas compared to S-Tier weapons.

The Stormbreaker Spear is one of the best defensive weapons in Where Winds Meet. It has great AOE damage potential and can reduce incoming damage, but its single-target damage is lacking. Still, it's great at holding aggro during boss fights so your team can deal damage.

The Strategic Sword is similar to the Nameless Sword, but it relies on damage over time stacks instead of straightforward damage. Those stacks lead to big burst damage windows, but it's generally weaker than the Nameless Sword.

The Heavenquaker Spear is one of the best AOE weapons in Where Winds Meet, and it even gets a buff that increases damage based on the number of landed hits. It struggles against strong single targets like bosses, however. On the bright side, it applies steady pressure and breaks guards fairly easily.

Lastly, the Infernal Twinblades are the fastest weapons in Where Winds Meet and they have an impressive damage output to match their speed. They take a lot of skill to master, though, and you'll have a hard time if you can't maintain your combos. There's no safety net with the Infernal Twinblades, so one or two mistakes can snowball into a devastating failure.

Where Winds Meet B-Tier Weapons

  • Thundercry Blade
  • Soulshade Umbrella

These B tier Where Weapons Meet weapons are average. They have a few key strengths, but they're outclassed by most other weapons.

The Thundercry Blade is one of the best tank weapons in Where Winds Meet, but there are a few things holding it back from being truly excellent. It provides shields and damage resistance while also outputting a solid amount of damage on its own, making it perfect for maintaining aggro during co-op combat. Its damage output relies mostly on charged attacks, however, and maximizing your charges can be tough during harder battles.

The Soulshade Umbrella is one of the most unique weapons in Where Winds Meet, and it's the only weapon other than the Panacea Fan that can heal other players. Its healing output isn't as strong, though, and it's difficult to make the most of the Soulshade Umbrella without a lot of practice. You're better off going with another weapon with stronger healing or higher damage.

Where Winds Meet C-Tier Weapons

  • Ninefold Umbrella
  • Inkwell Fan
  • Mortal Rope Dart

You should generally avoid using C tier Where Winds Meet weapons outside of a few specific builds and situations.

The Ninefold Umbrella doesn't have much going for it other than flashy animations. It's very slow and doesn't have the damage numbers to justify the lengthy animations. The ranged playstyle is interesting, but this weapon really needs some buffs to bring it more in line with the rest of the game's arsenal.

The Inkwell Fan falls into a similar trap. It's a visually stunning weapon that looks powerful, but it doesn't have the stats to back that up. Plus, it struggles quite a bit against crowds. It can also launch enemies into the air, but the launch is inconsistent and misses pretty often. Some enemies straight up resist the launch effect, too.

Finally, the Mortal Rope Dart is an interesting case. It's unfortunately another weapon that looks incredibly cool but doesn't have the stats to match. It can be deadly in the hands of a master — especially in PVP — but anything less than perfection will result in a subpar performance. If you take the time to practice its combos and attack timings, however, you can pull off some seriously impressive stuff.
