Jerry Jeudy start or sit: Week 12 fantasy football advice

Week 12 of the 2025 NFL season rolls on and the action will continue with an AFC matchup with 2026 NFL Draft implications as the Cleveland Browns visit the Las Vegas Raiders at 4:05 p.m. ET on CBS.

The Browns fell to the Ravens 23-16 last Sunday in a game where Shedeur Sanders made his NFL debut, replacing a concussed Dillon Gabriel in the second half. Wide receiver Jerry Jeudy didn’t offer much in the loss and we’ll see if he can bounce back this afternoon.

Below, we’ll go over Jeudy’s outlook in fantasy football for Week 12.

Jeudy caught just three of seven targets for 21 yards in last week’s loss to the Ravens, a big drop-off from his performance against the Jets the week prior where he ended up with 78 yards and a touchdown. He was the most targeted pass-catching option for Cleveland last week, but the mid-game quarterback change and the general dysfunction of the offense were the primary reasons for his lack of production.

In fact, there’s a legitimate argument to be made the Jeudy has been the most wasted receiver in the entire league this season. His 371 routes run ranks seventh in the NFL heading into Week 12, yet the sixth-year veteran only has 31 receptions for 356 yards and a touchdown to show for it. He, like his fellow Browns pass-catchers, has been the victim of mediocre to downright abysmal QB play all season long and it doesn’t look like that’s changing anytime soon.

Sit. The aforementioned Sanders will make his first career start today and after playing extremely poorly in his debut, we’ll see if a week of first-team reps in practice will do him any good. I have serious doubts about that and I’m staying far away from Browns skill players this week, Jeudy included.
