The No. 1 Ohio State Buckeyes will travel to the Big House for a highly-anticipated rivalry matchup against the No. 15 Michigan Wolverines on Saturday afternoon.
This crucial Big Ten matchup marks the 121st meeting of these bitter rivals. The Wolverines lead the all-time series 62-51-6 and have won each of the last four editions of The Game.
Ohio State, the reigning College Football Playoff national champions, are on the hunt for their first win in this rivalry series since 2019. Buckeyes head coach Ryan Day is 1-4 since taking over as the program's leader in 2019, losing each of his last four appearances.
On Tuesday, Day added some fuel to the rivalry fire with a clear warning for Michigan.
"Fun is kicking [expletive], and that's what we want to do on Saturday," Day said. "We're preparing to do that. There's nothing funny about this at all. The fun part is winning."

Ohio State suffered an ugly 13-10 home loss to Michigan in last year's edition of The Game. This rivalry loss marked the Buckeyes' second and final loss of the season as they went on to beat Tennessee, Oregon, Texas and Notre Dame en route to a College Football Playoff national championship victory.
This year's Ohio State team is stronger than ever heading into Saturday's road matchup against Michigan. With an 11-0 record and a No. 1 College Football Playoff ranking, Day's Buckeyes are a 10-point favorite over the home-team Wolverines in Ann Arbor.

Michigan is also looking good at this point in the 2025 college football season. Sherrone Moore and the Wolverines have won each of their last five games, including a dominant 45-20 victory over the Maryland Terrapins this past weekend.
“You can’t prepare for ‘The Game’ the week of the game,” Moore said on Monday. “It’s got to happen in January, it’s got to happen in March, in the summer. If you try to shift the way you prepare that week, then it’s too late. We’ve been doing this for a while, but we got to focus in from a game plan standpoint of what we’re going to do.”
Saturday's Ohio State-Michigan rivalry matchup will kickoff at noon ET.
