During week two of "NXT Gold Rush," Kelani Jordan put the TNA Knockouts World Championship at stake against Lei Ying Lee and Jordynne Grace in a triple threat match. Lee scored the pin, which means TNA Wrestling has the Knockouts gold once again.

Jordan's reign with the TNA Knockouts World Championship ends just shy of two full months. She captured the gold in an upset win at "TNA Victory Road," defeating Lee to become the second active WWE star to win the top women's title in TNA.

Lei Ying Lee's Road to First World Title
When Lee was a WWE superstar, she was known as Xia Li. While she never captured a title for the professional wrestling company, she had been a part of the company for seven years. She debuted for WWE during the Mae Young Classic back in 2017. Two years later, Lee made her "NXT" debut.
Lee also made appearances during WWE's inaugural "Royal Rumble" event. She got the call to the main roster in 2021, joining the "Friday Night SmackDown" brand. Lee was released from her WWE contract in 2024.
TNA Wrestling quickly reached out to Lee and offered her a deal that same year. Lee defeated well-known independent star Hyan in her promotional debut. Lee has since been involved in feuds with the likes of Tessa Blanchard and Rosemary. Many fans and experts have praised Lee for her improvement in the ring, which has led to her first run as the TNA Knockouts World Champion.
