Black Friday is one of the best times of the year to invest in a virtual reality (VR). What is oftentimes pushed to the bottom of the priority list on account of its luxury status suddenly becomes much more affordable and therefore justifiable.

That couldn't be more true than for the Meta Quest 3S 128GB, which is now on sale for $249.99 (was $299.99). If you'd like a storage upgrade to 256GB then that's also discounted down to $329.99 (was $399.99).

This is actually the budget-friendly version of the Meta Quest 3, which is the overall winner in our guide to the best VR headsets. The Quest 3S maintains the same core processing power and mixed reality features but cuts back on the display and optics to achieve a lower price point.

Meta's next-gen virtual reality headset is discounted down to as little as $249.99. This is for the 128GB model, but if you'd prefer 256GB of storage, then that's discounted down to $329.99. Either way, purchasing one will open up a whole universe of virtual reality experiences.
