Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 has many similarities to Black Ops 6 in several ways, and also shares these similarities with the series more broadly. One of those is the return of Dark Ops challenges, and there are a few you can earn right now during the beta, marking a first for the series.

Here is a rundown of the Dark Ops challenges we know about so far:

- Absolute Loss – Beat Menendez Using Only Machetes in Mission: Exposure
- Green Thumb – Beat the Nightmare in Mission: Distortion without taking any damage
- Undaunted – Survive the horde of Fears in Mission: Suppression
- Exotic Arsenal – In Endgame: get an elimination with 6 different Exotic Weapons
- Dream Team – In Endgame: successfully escape from Zone IV 25 times
- Overpowered – In endgame: earn 1,000,000 total Power
- Pest Control – Defeat the Endgame final boss
- Frenzy Killer – Get a Frenzy Kill Medal (5 rapid Kills)
- Mega Killer – Get a Mega Kill Medal (6 rapid Kills)
- Ultra Killer – Get a Ultra Kill Medal (7 rapid Kills)
- Chain Killer – Get a Chain Kill Medal (more than 7 rapid Kills)
- Relentless Killer – Earn a Relentless Medal (20 Kills without dying)
- Brutal Killer – Earn a Brutal Medal (25 Kills without dying)
- Nuclear Killer – Earn a Nuclear Medal (30 Kills without dying)
- Eliminated – Get 100,000 Eliminations
- Very Nuclear – Earn a Nuke with 25 different weapons (all kills towards each Nuke must come from single weapon)
- Nuked Out – Earn a Nuke in FFA without using Scorestreaks
- Circus Act – Earn a Bankshot medal (Killed an enemy by banking the Combat Axe off a surface)
- Extreme Precision – Get 5 headshots with a sniper rifle without reloading or dying
- Pushing The Limits – Unlock all Overclocks for 40 different items
- Same Day Delivery – Get 2 or more kills with a single Body Shield explosion
- Trip Cap – Control all 3 objectives in Domination for 3 minutes straight
- Castled – Get 10 kills without leaving one Objective Zone
- Reverse Card: Kill an enemy with the explosion caused by shooting an enemy piece of Equipment or Field upgrade
- Gift Horse – Kill an enemy with the Scorestreak you stole from their Care Package
- Anathema – Eliminate 1,000,000 Zombies
- Armed To The Teeth – Have 3 Pack-A-Punch Level III, Legendary Rarity Weapons equipped with Ammo Mods and 8 Perks active
- Social Distancing – Reach round 20 without taking damage
- Another Round – Reach round 100
- Invincible – Survive to round 50 without being downed
- Harbinger of Doom – Get 100 kills with a single scorestreak in Zombies
- Box Addict – Buy 30 Weapons from the Mystery Box in a single match
- Showboat – Complete the Ashes of the Damned main quest at Round 100 or more
- Lucidity – Complete the Tank Dempsey side quest on Ashes of the Damned
- Countdown – Kill an Elite enemy with a jump pad
- Ingenuity – Reach round 50 with the Dragon Wings and Layer’s Pen Relics active
- New Man – Kill 1000 Zombies with each of the 8 dedicated crew operators
There are two expired Dark Ops challenges that were only available in the beta:
- Best of the First – Get 1,000 eliminations in Multiplayer during the beta
- Tip of the Spear – Reach Round 50 in a single zombie survival match in the beta
Both of these challenges were exclusive to the beta and are no longer obtainable, so you can’t get the calling cards anymore.
