The Indianapolis Colts continue to roll under Daniel Jones. The former maligned quarterback has rebounded his career with the AFC South squad, helping to propel the team to a first-place 8-3 record. The issue is that he is reportedly playing with a leg fracture.

Jones has always been a tough quarterback, as he took many hits as a member of the New York Giants. It wasn't until a torn ACL that he truly did not play. Now, it appears he is fighting through a fibula injury, which has reportedly been deemed a fracture.

Per Ian Rapoport, Jones is attempting to play through the leg fracture.

"#Colts QB Daniel Jones, who has been dealing with a lower leg injury, suffered a fracture in his fibula, sources say. Jones was a full participant today, and one source said, 'He looked good.' Jones will continue to try to play through it. Toughness never questioned," Rapoport wrote on X.

Rapoport also indicated that Jones' injury is one he is "not concerned about."

The issue is that more video has appeared of Jones playing through the injury, and his movements look very slow.

Jones is dropping back in a very slow manner, and his throw even looks like it does not have the same zip. Despite playing through an injury of this manner, the Colts' signal caller could be in some trouble.

The Colts are set to face off against the Houston Texans on Sunday, and having the Colts out on the field would give the team a big chance to win. However, the way he is moving is concerning.

What would make matters worse is Jones taking another hit on the leg, leading to a much worse fracture. The Texans have a huge pass rushing duo in Danielle Hunter and Will Anderson Jr., and they can cause havoc all day on the Colts' offensive line.

More details will be revealed in the next day or so, but it sounds as if Jones is expecting to play through his leg fracture.
