Alan Carr might be feeling the wrath of Paloma Faith all over again after his latest confession.
The 49-year-old comedian shocked the nation on Celebrity Traitors when he stabbed his real life friend in the back and killed her off in plain sight, making her the first star to be brutally eliminated.
They’ve got over it since leaving the castle, but now the series winner has named another murder on the show as his ‘saddest’ moment.
‘The saddest thing was when I murdered Tom Daley,’ he said on Thursday’s episode of The One Show.
Seeing Paloma in a coffin – one he doomed her to with a touch of the face -was apparently no match for the former Olympian’s unfinished knitting.
‘You go in in the morning and he was knitting and then he was murdered and there was just a bag of wool left,’ Alan added. ‘He had been murdered mid stitch.’

The Changing Ends star insisted he ‘felt awful’ when he saw the wool, and he was struggling to hold it together as a Traitor, alongside Jonathan Ross and Cat Burns
‘He had been murdered mid stitch. I felt awful. I was a bag of nerves, no wonder I was sobbing,’ he said.
Viewers will be surprised by the Chatty Man star’s confession, as everyone was left aghast when he bumped off Paloma at the beginning of the series.
He killed her in plain sight after touching her face with the pollen of a fake poisoned lily, and his pal was absolutely gutted.

On Uncloaked, Alan insisted he had no choice but to target Paloma, but he felt ‘awful’ in the moment.
‘The thing is, when I killed Paloma I felt sick inside. And you’ve got to remember, it was such a cruel twist to touch someone’s face,’ he said.
‘Now, you’re the only one… I mean if I touched any of these other faces, I’d be sent to HR.
‘It was so awful. I’m a fan of her music, I’ve been a fan of her for a long time, we are friends, we go on each other’s podcasts. So, yeah it absolutely really hurt.’

Despite feeling betrayed by her friend, Paloma admitted during the final episode of Uncloaked that she was delighted he won the series.

‘I just also want to say that I think observing tonight and going through my whole plethora of hormonal emotions, I feel that the reason that Alan won and the reason I was so sad was because we all love him so much,’ she said.
‘And I love you so much and I’m so happy that you won because it was bloody worth it then.
‘But I think that most people didn’t vote for you, because they’re like “How can we vote someone so lovable?” And it really concludes that thing, that you won it.’
